Like many, 2025 is starting off with some lofty goals around food and spending.. so here we go!
Along the way I'll be sharing what I've done to find success
- 30g of Protein to start the day
- Homemade bread when all possible
- 3 days a week of movement (minimum)
- 1 hour a week of creativity (minimum)
- Read 1 book a month (minimum)
