2025 - Goals and Plans

 Like many, 2025 is starting off with some lofty goals around food and spending.. so here we go!

Along the way I'll be sharing what I've done to find success

  • 30g of Protein to start the day
  • Homemade bread when all possible
  • 3 days a week of movement (minimum)
  • 1 hour a week of creativity (minimum)
  • Read 1 book a month (minimum)
